The HS Golf meet at Bethany scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled.
The Albany JH Warrior Relays scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled.
Stanberry's track meet was scheduled for Friday will be made up on April 11th.
Tomorrow's HS baseball game at St. Joseph Christian will start at 4:30 pm instead of 5:00 pm.

NHS junior Gracie Holcomb donated blood last Thursday. Thanks to our community, 63 pints were collected for the Community Blood Center.

VEG has partnered with the KC Royals to be a Crown School. Next week we will be supporting them and dressing up for their big opening day. Tuesday is "Dress Like a Player Day," Wednesday is "Hat Day," & Thursday is "Royals Extreme Day," wearing all blue.
The junior class took a trip to Missouri Western State University! Students learned how to use the library when conducting a research paper! Thanks to our wonderful ELA teachers for helping them today!

The Elementary will be taking their state tests soon. Students will be given snacks each day they are testing. If anyone would be willing to donate a snack and/or peppermints, that would be greatly appreciated! Ideas for snacks are granola bars, crackers, fruit snacks, cereal bars or any pre-packaged snacks. The National Honor Society of Albany High School is hosting a community blood drive on Friday, April 1st from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the Albany Community Center located at 200 West Rigney in Albany.
All presenting donors will receive a free t-shirt!
If you are 17 years or older and able to give blood, please schedule your appointment today at savealifenow.org/group. Enter Group Code: CBGB. If you are 16 years old, you may donate with permission from your parent or legal guardian.
If NHS can collect 30 pints of blood or more at this drive, a senior member of NHS will be eligible for a Community Blood Drive Scholarship.
